HR Generalist from Randstad Sylmar, CA 91342
Commercial refrigeration display company is looking for a fantastic HR Generalist to oversee their Covid procedures.
Ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish, have at least 5 years of manufacturing experience, and have no issues with attendance or the commute.

oThe ability to set expectations for employee behavior and act as a cultural role model for the organization.

oExcellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
oAbility to effectively organize and prioritize workResponsibilitiesOverseeing the Covid procedures, from start to finish, updating reports, etc.
This could include following up by means of phone calls, emails, etc.
