Office Admin

Manpower is currently hiring for an Administrative Assistant to support our client's team, based out of Sylmar, California!
Are you looking for a long term contract with a respectable distribution company? We have just the position for you in this rapidly growing trade.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a solid background and experience in Office Administrations.
Required Skills and Experience:
1-3 years of related experience
High School Diploma or GED
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Detail oriented, conscientious, and able to work independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects at one time and able to effectively handle change
Duties include collection and preparation of information for various operational reports as needed
Provide confidential administrative support to Management and others as needed
Demonstrated problem-solving skills, ability to positively respond to employee requests
Other projects or duties as assigned.
Pay rate:$14/hour
Work Schedule: First Shift , 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
