Creative Marketing Specialist

Job Summary
Reporting to, and under the direction of the Director of Marketing Programs, Dover Food Retail you will be responsible for creating marketing content for sales materials and collateral, installation manuals, websites, videos, and email campaigns to promote company brands and product lines. As a Creative Marketing Specialist you will work with other members of our marketing team to convey and communicate a particular message, idea or concept for a product or product line. You will rely on your knowledge and proficiency with current graphic design programs, digital technologies and technical writing skills to produce graphic art and visual materials for promotions, advertisements, websites, films, packaging and other mediums.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned)
Leads all areas of Anthony branded content generation and production across all media platforms.
Manages printed Anthony branded marketing collateral. Conceptualizes, creates and produces a variety of high-quality branded print and digital designs for sales and marketing collateral including but not limited to brochures, concepts/sketches and layouts, specification and data sheets, product installation manuals, case studies and white papers, written technical documents and training materials to articulate the benefits of Anthony branded products and assist as needed as it may relate to other branded products of Dover Food Retail.
Produces marketing ads, presentations and other pieces to help sales team communicate new product launches and promotions creating and enforcing consistent and business-oriented messaging across multiple channels.
Illustrates concepts, secures marketing management approval by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
Collaborates with Product Management and Engineering teams in every stage of the product life cycle process to ensure that product launch and promotion efforts achieve company goals and help the organization meet sales and profitability objectives.
Coordinates development activities as needed with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc., ensuring that projects awarded are completed within budget requirements.
Maintains Dover Food Retail artwork standards and brand guidelines for Anthony branded products.
Manages development and execution of Anthony brand website and assists with website initiatives for other Dover Food Retail brands as needed.
Manages photography shoots, purchases/licensing and digital asset management needs for Anthony branded products and services and assists as needed in the management of the same as it may relate to other branded products of Dover Food Retail.
Key Competencies:
A strong set of expertise in and not limited to Graphic Design (both Print & Digital), Technical Writing, Technical Illustration, CAD, 3D Rendering, Social Media Management, Web Design & Management, Product Photography, Video Editing, and Instructional Design.
Strong communication and presentation skills ? both verbal and written.
A strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts.
Demonstration of strong creativity when implementing new designs (E.g. logos, website, marketing materials).
Highest level of professional courtesy, mutual respect, and ethics.
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, network internally within organization.
Willing to be a team player and take on other marketing duties as needed.
EDUCATION:
High School degree or higher
EXPERIENCE:
4 Years' experience in marketing, product marketing, and/or product management required.
Experience in Manufacturing and Engineering a plus.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Employee must be an experienced user of:
Microsoft Office software (Outlook (e-mail), Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio)
Adobe software including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, LiveCycle, Premiere, After Effects, Muse
Proficient understanding of HTML, CSS/Html, Responsive Design, Wordpress and JavaScript (a plus)
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Mail Chimp, and current social media tools required.
Proficiency in Camtasia, Sony Vegas, Corel Draw, Pro-Engineer a plus.
Knowledge of Solidworks/CAD/3D Modeling, Inventor CMS systems, Sitefinity SharePoint and Webdam a plus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
