Recovery Support Staff

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the supervision of the Program Director of
Residential Services, Recovery Support Staff provides the operational support
to facilitate the delivery of optimal clinical services to clients. They will
ensure that clients adhere to the day-to-day program schedule, tracking
attendance as required. Conduct routine facility checks to ensure facility
safety and security. The RSS reviews client property/items upon admission or
receipt to ensure compliance with facility and program rules along with
conducting contraband searches and drug screen analysis administration in
accordance with policies and procedures.

Tuesday-Saturday
3:00PM-11:30PM
REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:
+ Bachelor's Degree in related field
(preferred)
+ Or1-yearexperience in thefield(residential
facility, drug,andalcohol counseling)
and High School diploma or equivalent
+ willing to obtain drug and alcohol
certification
+ Valid state drivers? license and
acceptable driving record preferred
EXPERIENCE:
+ Two years? experience working with
substance abuse population preferred
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
+ Ability to work in afast-pacedenvironment and exercises
independent judgment and leadership,analyzesituations accurately, and communicate effectively.
+ Ability to write clear and
concise reports thatutilizedata.
+ Must show anaptitudefor service and for working as part of
a multi-disciplinary team

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
