Talent Acquisition Manager

The position will take a central role in providing a broad
range of recruitment services to the organization in partnership with the HR
team. She or he should demonstrate commitment to the vision, mission of Phoenix
House. The successful candidate in this role will have the
opportunity to promote and positively grow the Phoenix House employer brand
with a fresh and exciting new Recruitment and Talent Management team.
REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:
+ Bachelor's degree from
an accredited University or equivalent experience
+ Master‚ s in Human
Resources, Business, or related field
EXPERIENCE:
+ Five (5) years'
professional level human resources experience, at least three (3) of which
include full-cycle recruiting or an equivalent combination of education and
experience
+ Experience working both
independently and in a team-oriented environment
+ Handling
the full cycle recruitment, medium to high volume. Ability to behavioral interview, formulate candidate pool of
qualified candidates for upcoming openings, and success with attending career
fairs. Social Media familiarity and understanding for advertising
+ Maintaining and
reporting metrics and generate reports on regular basis
+ Creating (as needed) and
maintaining tracking databases related to job openings, referrals, applicant
tracking, OFCCP mandated information, etc.
+ Experience using
applicant tracking systems (ATS)
+ Experience working in a
non-profit institution (preferred)

+ Impeccable written
and verbal communication skills with all staff levels and backgrounds
Ability to stay abreast of trends in HR recruitment and policy to
ensure the organization is proactive in its functioning
+ Excellent time
management and organizational skills
+ Intermediate knowledge
of MS Office Suite, including MS EXCEL and WORD
+ Ability to be flexible;
problem solver; self-directed; customer service-oriented; and, collaborative
+ Solid proof reading
skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to articulate
and explain Phoenix House‚ s organization, structure, and culture
+ Demonstrated ability to
interact with management at all levels. Ability to handle sensitive and
confidential information appropriately.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
