Quality Assurance Technician (20170775)

Maintain/calibrate data base and program, work as program/project quality test technician collecting data for Quality Engineer, stand Acceptance and Qualification test, prepares technical reports and recommends solutions to technical problems. Perform Quality Audits and monitor Supplier Rating.
Maintain Calibration of Arbin and Maccor battery tester data base.
Coordinate/Execute verification testing for analysis
Maintain schedule of tests
Coordinate outside lab electrical as well as safety testing
For any testing identify new trends and perform root cause investigation in case of failures
Reviewing and testing operability of electrical system and components
Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning, systems and components
May develop test specifications, methods and procedures from test plan, blueprints, drawings and diagrams
Prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems
May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment
Maintain Supplier Assessment data base
Stand customer source inspection
Required Skills
Working understanding of Quality systems such as AS9100 and ISO-9001
Working knowledge of Arbin, Maccor or other battery testers.
Operate , write routines, troubleshoot and calibrate Arbin, Maccor or other type battery testers
Minimum 5 years' as Quality Technician with experience in electronic/electrical testing, data analysis, and report writing
Excellent communication as you will be working with Engineers and other employees
Knowledge of inspection tools such as micrometers, caliper and gages.
Great organization skills and follow through on all projects is essential
Basic electrical engineering knowledge is required
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
ASQ Calibration Technician Certification or equivalent is a plus
Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 30-45 pounds, requires sitting, standing, walking.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
