Superintendent
Tuff Shed is recruiting for an experienced Superintendent to manage our local Installer Program. You will be responsible for ensuring we meet all metrics for scheduling, costs, and quality. This role offers the opportunity for professional growth and the chance to make a real impact to the Company.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE A SUCCESSFUL TUFF SHED SUPERINTENDENT?
Attract, select, and onboard new subcontractors, in partnership with Tuff Shed's Skilled Trades Recruiter
Manage all subcontractor training and ongoing partner management, including Customer First training and subcontractor certification.
Supervise and assure quality of all kits prior to loading, including review of kit paperwork packets
In both scheduled and ad hoc visits, inspect building sites and provide feedback on job performance, punctuality, safety, and Tuff Shed construction standards
Ensure all contractors are fully compliant to Tuff Shed standards
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Hands-on experience working in a fast-paced, high volume retail or operations environment with an organization recognized for quality products and service
Minimum of two years of construction or manufacturing experience
Experience in safety management
Strong PC skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook CRM experience highly preferred
Must possess a current valid driver's license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report
Must successfully pass a criminal background, physical & lift test, and drug screen
