We are recruiting for a Human Resource Assistant with exceptional skills in the following specialities:
benefits, employee relations, staffing/recruitment, and also planning and surveying company initiatives.
IN-PERSON VALENCIA, CA LOCATION Project Goals/Initiatives:
Assist with payroll-timesheet adjustments (corrections/edits) Maintain employee files ensuring compliance Coordinate paperwork regarding offers, termination, and/or benefit changes, staffing (requisitions), and performance evaluations.
Communicate with employees regarding issues, rules and regulations Assist in coordinating information and/or details regarding payroll matters Provide clerical support to HR executives and Business Partners within HR Coordinate on-boarding process with newly hired employees Schedule interviews and prepare interview invitations Perform employee surveys, and maintain files Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred-in business administration, or related field Knowledgeable in payroll processes (timesheet adjustments, calculations and edits) 3
years of Human Resources Coordination experience Knowledgeable in state regulations, and labor laws Software
Experience:
ADP, SAP, ATS systems, and HRIS Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary Pay:
$25.
00 per hour Expected hours:
40 per week
